The sauna is set in a cosy wooden frame, similar to the first Scandinavian "chalets", where people share a period of relaxation in a high-temperature atmosphere (ideally between 80 and 90 °).
Ideally, the session in the sauna should not exceed 20 minutes, and persons with cardiac medical condition are well-advised not to make the use of saunas.
Perspiration in the sauna is beneficial for the tonicity. It eliminates toxins through the pores of the skin, and is also good for the bronchus. The air in the sauna is saturated with essential oil which penetrates the bronchus through the respiratory process.
Besides the elimination of toxins from the body, the perspiration process also rids the skin of dead cells. It is therefore suggested that one rub oneself vigorously in order to facilitate the process of skin re-generation, while at the same time enjoying a pleasant moment of well-being in the sauna - seaweed thermal wrap
