About the office

Created in June 1975 by Law n°75-58 dated 14 June 1975 and as amended by Law n°89-120 dated 11 December 1989, the National Office of Thermalism and Hydrotherapy is a non-administrative public establishment.

The Office is put under the supervision of the Ministry of Health by Decree N° 2008/2864 of 11 August 2008. Its mission is to implement the governmental policy in the hydrotherapy sector and the bottled water sector.
